You will have seen news of the severe weather approaching Auckland and the upper North Island, which is expected to bring strong winds and heavy rain for the next few days. From our experience of previous storms, there is potential for disruptions to transport, roads and services in the region.

As always, the health and safety of our University community is our top priority, so we encourage you to continue monitoring the weather forecast and plan your travel accordingly.

Please speak to your manager if you are unable to come onto campus or would prefer to work from home during this bout of severe weather.
