As we enter the final few weeks of the year, I wanted to provide the opportunity for a final all-staff forum, which has been rescheduled to 12pm on Monday 2 December and will cover a range of updates, including those related to the University reviews currently underway.

Pay offer to staff on Individual Employment Agreements Over recent months, we have all been working hard to balance the future financial sustainability of the University with the ability to make a fair pay offer to our staff. Today I made an offer to eligible academic and professional staff on Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs).

The general revision offer for 2025 and 2026 for eligible staff on IEAs is as follows:

To recognise the disproportionate impact that cost-of-living increases have on staff who are in lower-paid positions, the general revision offer to eligible staff paid on or below $70,000 (FTE) is:

Collective bargaining with the unions commenced in July 2024 and remains ongoing.
