Forum on the government’s Charter Schools proposal

Senior education academics, representatives of the education sector and the Chair of the NZ Model of Charter Schools Working Group, Catherine Isaac will be speaking at a forum on charter schools in Auckland on Monday.

The public forum is expected to attract a wide group of education professionals and members of the community.

Other speakers include Professor John O’Neill from Massey University and Associate Professor Peter O’Connor from Auckland University.

Joining them will be NZEI Te Riu Roa National President Ian Leckie and NZEI Te Riu Roa National Secretary Paul Goulter as well as Brigid Raymond from the PPTA.

The forum will be held on Monday 21st May, 7 pm at the Otahuhu Town Hall, Auckland.
