The podcast of Faculty of Environment, Society and Design panel discussion on “The ECan Act and the Future of New Zealand Environmental Law” is now available online.

“Certain sections of this new Act are very controversial,” says Dr Ann Brower. “They could be seen as a direct threat to the equitable application of environmental law, but equally they may be paving the way for improved decision-making."
