AUT presents the inaugural China Business Forum

China is home to more than 1.3 million buyers and sellers, 111 million internet users 187,508 internet service providers, 3,240 television stations, and has a 9.9% GDP growth rate. So it’s no surprise navigating the nuances of the Chinese market can make or break the New Zealand experience.

The AUT hosted China Business Forum will give New Zealanders an insight into the realities of doing business with China. The potential Free Trade Agreement with China will affect the future of New Zealand law, economics, marketing and politics.

Nine international speakers, The Economist Intelligence Unit, The Warehouse, Mega Trends Asia, ANZ China and IBM Asia Pacific will lead discussions onChina’s economic, political and demographic developments. The Forum will focus onmanaging relationships with Chinese Government officials and business, address cultural needs and look at how to differentiate the Kiwi brand in China.
