Science Site Passes 10 Million Hits

The New Zealand web site, The Science Site, has passed the 10 million hits milestone for the past twelve months.
AUT University's School of Applied Sciences are the site publishers and is maintained by the AUT Web Centre.
The site features real-time news feeds, the world's first Squidcam and a profile on Giant Squid expert, Dr Steve O'Shea.
The Squidcam allows viewers to manoeuvre the webcam themselves and follow the antics of baby squid as they grow to maturity
The Science Site has developed an enormous international following with 95% of visitors coming from overseas - 63% from Nth America.
