Green Party Co-leader Jeanette Fitzsimons will participate in the Third Annual Vice Chancellor's Debate at Waikato University this evening.

The theme for this year's debate is 'That Kyoto is a Fraud', which Ms Fitzsimons will argue against. National Business Review columnist Owen McShane takes the affirmative, and the debate will the chaired by Waikato University's Vice Chancellor Professor Bryan Gould.
